Why do you need a before photo?
Your before photo is how we compare your skin at the start and after 90 days. Sending it within 2 days of your order arriving keeps things fair for everyone and protects the guarantee from misuse.
What if I don't send my before photo within 2 days?
We need your before photo, sent within 2 days of your order arriving, to accept a claim. Without it, we're unable to process a money-back request.
How long until I see results?
We'll never promise overnight results, because that isn't how skin works. Some people notice a difference in a couple of weeks, for others it takes two months or longer. That's why we give you 90 days.
How quickly will I get my refund?
Once we receive your after photo and confirm your claim, we'll process your refund within 2 working days.
